April 14th, 2024 Hamadan, Iran to Kermanshah, Iran

10:30AM After a late start, we exchanged money at a rate of 650,000 IRR per USD. Our first stop was Hegmataneh Hill, another UNESCO site as small town buried beneath the earth, with 5-square-meter living spaces that included kitchens, toilets, and bedrooms. We left for Bistoon at 12PM.

2:30PM We reached Bistoon, a significant UNESCO site where we spent about 45 minutes before heading to Taq-e Bostan to see ancient rock reliefs.

4PM We arrived at Taq-e Bostan, a site of several Sasanian rock reliefs. and spent an hour there before leaving for Kermanshah.

6PM We arrived at our hotel by 6PM.

6:45PM Dinner at Heidari's was delicious, and our taxi ride there took half an hour due to heavy traffic.

8PM We taxied back and Erfan paid for it. I had a latte back at the hotel. I took a picture with the receptionist and did a short interview for the hotel, praising its unique character. I went to bed around 10PM.
