April 5th, 2010 30 Hours to Hue

6AM We arrive at the border and since I have used my Vietnamese visa four times already, they did not charge me anything extra.

3PM We arrived at Vinh after transferring to another bus. But I did not know that there was no bus to Hue except for 8AM in the morning. I used Thong Hai Hotel's internet for about 20 minutes. The next bus was to Da Nang at 7PM (130,000 VNDs). Hue is actually a couple hours north of Da Nang so I would get there late at night.

2AM We arrived at some random street at Hue and I woke up Luc. He picked me up and his home was 10 minutes away. I slept next to his friend. It was dirty and hot, with a fan that is as noisy as a truck. But I managed to sleep for a few hours before the heat woke me up. By this time, my clothes have gotten really dirty.
