I would say that Iceland is definitely worth visiting not just once, but multiple times. The conditions are tough and would be even harsher in the cold winter. I can just imagine the frostbites developing on the finger clicking on the shutter. It is worthwhile and you can get something incredibly beautiful if you know what you are doing. Even if not, it is worthy of an adventure.
