This was not an easy trip and of course you have to go through Accra, Ghana. The pandemic didn't make it easy to maneuver around the repeated COVID testing that was really unnecessary. I was grateful for Maame, who continued to help me when I was in trouble. I found the rest of Ghana having little to offer. The food did had my type of spice and flavor.
With respect to Sao Tome, I felt very safe. Though I did not find their seafood cuisine that special, their selection was large and I did not have enough time to try everything.
